Heart Transplant Surgery
As the name suggests, heart transplant surgery is a surgery to remove the diseased heart from a person and replace it with a healthy heart which might have been received from an Organ donor, where the donor should be declared brain dead.
This is generally done for persons with end-stage heart failure, where the heart completely weakens and fails to pump blood normally.

After the heart transplant surgery is performed, the patient would observe improvements in the symptoms of the heart disease.
